DELVAC
Mechanical Vacuum Pumps are designed and manufactured by a team
of Engineers with wide experience in Vacuum Technology and Machining
Technology to meet your requirements of Vacuum Pumps and to give
you trouble free performance. It consists of two series namely Modular
Series [50 LTRS to 600 LTRS] & Industrial Series [1000 LTRS to 5000
LTRS].

DELVAC
Pumps are basically belt driven, oil sealed ,rotary vane type
positive displacement pumps. DELVAC pumps contain essentially,
a side plate, Body Stage I, Centre Block, Body Stage II, End
Plate, Rotor and two sets of vanes. The Vanes are kept at
180 apart and are held in position by springs and are mounted
on a cylindrical rotor. When the rotor is actuated to revolve
by means of the Electric motor, the vanes sweep the air or
gas from the pump in-take and push the air out through the
exhaust port. The exhaust port opening is controlled by a
main valve thereby regulating the pressure developed inside
the pumps.

| The
repetition of this process results in High Vacuum being created
in the system connected to the pump in-take port. The entire
pump mechanism is immersed in oil and placed inside a housing.
The oil acts as the sealing agent as well as acts a perfect
lubricant. The simple construction of the pump provide for easy
maintenance. A Gas Ballast is provided to flush the system of
water vapour initially. |

DELVAC
Vacuum pumps are so designed to keep the noise, vibration levels
and temperature at the lowest and are designed to achieve a Vacuum
level of 0.00lmm of Hg. (One Micron of Mercury) in Double stage
pumps and 0.010mm of Hg. (10 Micron of Mercury) in Single stage
pumps measured by using McLeod gauge

It
is common knowledge that when a vacuum pump connected to a system
under Vacuum gets switched off due to power failure, the oil in
the pump tends to get sucked into the system. All DELVAC pumps of
modular series are provided with a precautionary device, which prevents
this suck back.

|
All
the industrial model pumps are provided with water-cooling jackets.
Water pressure should not exceed 1 Kg/ CM2.

This
is a Direct Drive Pump for low Vacuum -cum-Pressure applications.
Out of the two ports of the pump ONE port acts as suction port for
vacuum and ONE port acts as pressure port. This pump has little
content of oil acting as lubricant and sealant.

This
is a Direct Drive Dry pressure - Vacuum pump and is an excellent
alternative to small oil sealed rotary vane pump, for applications
where any possible contamination of the vacuum system by pump oil
cannot be tolerated.

This
pump is compact and easy to install, as only the electrical supply
is required. With no oil changes, no filter or foreline trap replacement
and no oil waste disposal, there is little routine maintenance.

Charging Boards for Refrigeration &Air condition applications |

DELVAC
design and manufacture compact & portable units for refrigerator
and air conditioning servicing. It incorporates gas measuring
jar, vacuum gauge, and isolation valves for instant isolation
of the pump and gauge, from the refrigeration system. For
perfect dehydration of the system the charging board is provided
with a DELVAC belt driven High Vacuum Pump capable of achieving
vacuum of 0.001 mm Hg.
